Our Founder
Lolita Lin, Founder

Lolita has over 25 years of extensive knowledge and experience in Social and Market Research Fields encompassing in-depth data processing and management functions.
One of her many strengths includes handling large scale monitoring programs and data management on international and local levels. Lolita spearheaded and established an offshore DP operation and played a key operational role managing it which it all led to significant financial benefits for the organisation. This unique experience led to the birth of Lincom Global Services. Lolita has held senior and managerial positions at ACNielsen Australia, TNS Korea and DBM Consultants. |
